Job Description
EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors for field inspections and risk control services. Responsibilities include scheduling on-site surveys, providing risk control reports, managing assignments, securing customer appointments, and completing work on time. Reports cover Property and General Liability coverage, and may include recommendations for loss prevention. The position involves evaluating various commercial businesses, including retail, restaurants, hotels, and construction sites.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- A commitment to meeting quality and timeliness standards
- Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim, loss control, underwriting, and fire and safety
- 15-hour online certification available for those without relevant experience
- Fees are negotiable based on experience and job specifics
