We are seeking an experienced Internet Director/BDC Manager for a high-volume Toyota dealership in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on expanding the dealership's internet sales presence, managing the team, and overseeing digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Increase internet sales presence for the dealership
• Train and hire Internet Sales staff
• Manage the dealership’s website, social media, and online reputation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dealership BDC or internet sales
• Prior management experience is preferred but not required

Pay

Compensation is performance-based commission with great earning potential.
