About the role

All Saints Episcopal Church seeks patient, responsible, yet fun-loving people to join our Nursery Team. The nursery serves children from birth through age 3 and is open from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Sunday mornings. We have a team of four to five people, so each team member works one or two Sundays per month. We typically have one to three children in the nursery each week.

Responsibilities

• Playing with the children
• Serving snack
• Light cleanup
• Occasional diapering

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must complete hiring paperwork (I-9, etc.)
• Must pass a background check
• Must complete Episcopal Church-mandated safety training (paid time)
• Must be available to start in September

Qualifications

• A love of working with children
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Passion for helping others
• Experienced sitter preferred
• Verified college enrollment preferred
