Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules to ensure clients receive timely care
• Manage daily activities and operations of the home care team
• Supervise and support caregivers in delivering quality care
• Foster a supportive and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks

We would prefer some college experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities.

Schedule

This is a full-time position based in Longview, WA, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
