Home Care Supervisor

About the Role

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and hands-on Home Care Supervisor to support our clients and caregivers while helping us maintain the highest standards of care. This position combines office responsibilities, client visits, caregiver supervision, and hands-on care.

Responsibilities

• Complete first shifts and introduce caregivers to new clients.
• Review care plans and update client information in AxisCare.
• Conduct supervisory visits, client reviews, and satisfaction surveys.
• Assess, train, mentor, and evaluate caregivers.
• Provide backup care for call-ins, emergencies, and complex cases as needed.
• Address client and caregiver concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support caregiver recognition, retention, community outreach, and company growth.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with agency policies and state regulations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced caregiver and confident leader with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
