Long-Term Substitute Teacher (Music) Part-Time: Ivy Elementary School - 2026-27 School Year

About the role

Long-term substitute teacher (Music) at Ivy Elementary for the 2026-27 school year. Part-time position with a schedule of 5.08 hours per day. Estimated start date: November 23.

Responsibilities

• Deliver music instruction to elementary students
• Engage with the division’s Culturally Responsive Teaching model in support of the Equity Mission Statement
• Collaborate with building administrators, instructional coaches, and other specialists

Requirements

• Hold or be eligible for a Virginia teaching certificate with endorsement in Music Education
