Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that enhance student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with school districts to provide professional development opportunities for educators.
• Evaluate educational practices and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
• Assist in the planning and execution of district-wide events and workshops.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in educational administration or teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of state and federal education policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
