About the role

The Long-Term Substitute Industrial Technology Teacher will provide instruction in industrial technology to students at Huntington North High School. This position is designed to cover for the regular teacher during their absence.

Responsibilities

  • Teach industrial technology courses aligned with state standards.
  • Instruct students on safety procedures and industry practices.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and administration.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
  • Valid teaching license in Indiana.
  • Experience teaching industrial technology or equivalent coursework.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay
