About the role

The Long-Term Care Unit Manager (RN/LPN) role at Allisonville Meadows is designed for experienced nurses with charge nurse or supervisory experience. This position focuses on clinical operations, team development, and resident care.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned long-term care unit.
  • Provide daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel.
  • Oversee the delivery of care and manage the unit in accordance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
