Long-term Care Nursing Unit Manager

About the role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the long-term care unit to ensure residents receive quality care and excellent customer service. Provide support and direction to nurses and nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the long-term care unit
• Ensure residents receive quality care and excellent customer service
• Provide support and direction to nurses and nursing assistants
• Develop and nurture professional and educational relationships with staff members

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
• Prior experience working as a nurse with the senior population
• 1–2 years supervisory experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with resident/patient charting systems

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. No holidays and no on-call hours.

Pay

$90,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually.
