Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse (LTAC)

About the role

We are seeking a PRN LTAC RN to provide high-quality care to medically complex patients in a long-term acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments
• Managing vents, IVs, and complex wounds
• Administering medications and responding to clinical changes
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Supporting safe patient transitions and providing patient/family education

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• Experience with vent management, IV therapy, and wound care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
