Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse (LTAC)

Role: PRN LTAC RN responsible for providing high-quality care to medically complex patients in a long-term acute care setting. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor high-acuity patients, administer medications and treatments, support ventilator and wound care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans.Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.Adaptability: Adjust to changing patient needs while delivering personalized care.
