Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide detailed information on menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables/stations are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
- Follow venue-specific service protocols and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members, kitchen staff, and management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
