The Bartender and Wait Staff position at Arc Herkimer offers a rate of pay of $10.70 per hour, with a $5.30 tip credit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all newly seated patrons receive immediate attention
• Take orders promptly and courteously
• Serve meals and beverages to members and guests
• Respond to any additional requests
• Maintain responsibility for dining area cleanliness and organization
• Balance cash and credit card charges using a point of sale system

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• One year of food service experience is preferred
• One year of customer service experience is preferred
• Provide excellent guest service to all members, guests, and staff

• Must be able to perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay

The Bartender and Wait Staff position pays $10.70 per hour, with a $5.30 tip credit.

Schedule

The position is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility is required, including weekends and nights.
