Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hammond’s Candies brand.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with the Lolli & Pops team to ensure cohesive messaging across both brands.
• Oversee product development and quality control processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in brand management or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
