About the role

Lolli & Pops is a premium retail and gifting brand with a national presence. As a Service Lead, you will play a key role in driving store-level financial and operational results, engaging guests, and maximizing team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking appropriate action to achieve store targets
  • Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Maximize the overall performance of the team through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example
  • Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
  • Ensure that all policies, procedures, and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members
  • Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay

The pay range for this role is $8.75 - $8.75 per hour at Penn Square Mall, Oklahoma City, OK.
