Lolli and Pops Service Lead

About the role

Lolli & Pops is a company that believes in spreading joy through candy. We are looking for a Service Lead to join our team. The Service Lead plays a crucial role in driving store-level financial and operational results, ensuring guest engagement, and training and motivating team members.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking appropriate action to achieve store targets
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge
• Maximize the overall performance of the team through product knowledge education, coaching, and selling skills
• Aid in training, developing, and motivating team members
• Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 9.25 - 9.25 USD per hour(Boise Towne Square)
