Logistics & Warehouse Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead warehouse and logistics operations supporting complex IT equipment shipments, including domestic distribution and challenging overseas destinations. The position oversees inventory administration, transportation coordination, and operational controls to keep equipment moving efficiently and securely. You will work closely with facility, security, and cross-functional teams to maintain service levels, support special assignments, and drive reliable execution in a high-stakes environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Manage packaging and shipping processes for IT equipment to overseas locations Oversee logistics and warehouse staff, managing approximately 100 full-time employees Ensure effective administration of inventory systems for the warehouse Administer a COTS inventory management system for real-time tracking and efficiency Manage courier, forklift, and transportation services for domestic and overseas shipments Ensure security measures for facility operations are enforced Schedule facility maintenance and oversee health, safety, and inventory control Qualifications 10+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse management Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field Current Secret Security Clearance required Proficiency in COTS inventory management software Strong understanding of logistics and shipping processes, especially for IT equipment ITIL 4 Foundation Certification preferred Benefits Opportunities for career advancement within the organization Exposure to high-stakes logistics operations on a global scale Possibility of working on emergency and special projects requiring flexibility Engagement with cutting-edge inventory management technology Collaboration with diverse teams and departments Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
