A Day in the Life

  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Ensure data being analyzed and presented is accurate.
  • Manage freight lane data within Transportation Management Systems (TMS) system and lead process for setting up new lanes in TMS as needed.
  • Interact with various internal department personnel, country managers, external customers and freight facilitators to ensure data integrity, accuracy and address customer issues.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, annual transportation reporting for data analysis.
  • Provide necessary information and documentation to warehouses and freight forwarders to effectively coordinate the timely loading of shipments and prepare necessary shipping documents.
  • Schedule container bookings to fulfill customer finished goods orders and/or production planning of raw material needs, as well as coordinating the shipment of Premium and Apparel commodities.
  • Maintain container log to track shipments accurately so that trigger dates for inventory movement and billing are reported accurately.
  • Coordinate prepayment of customs clearance fees and assist in procuring bids on shipping lanes.
  • Effectively communicate with various internal departments to ensure product availability, adherence to quality control guidelines and packaging standards and ensure that required shipping documents are on file and maintained for the specified audit requirement period.

  • Identify trends and inefficiencies in transportation data.
  • Lead process for setting up new freight lanes in TMS as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various departments and stakeholders.
  • Optimize carrier selection, lanes, and deployment models based on data analysis.
  • Coordinate logistics for customer orders and raw material needs.
  • Track and report on shipments accurately for inventory and billing purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure product availability and compliance with quality control guidelines.

Who You Are

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Have between 1-3 years of experience in transportation, warehouse, or inventory management.
  • Have between 1-3 years of experience in creating and presenting high-level reports of data analysis.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Have intermediate SQL experience.
  • Have experience with Business Intelligence Software such as Power BI & Tableau.
  • Have other experience with BI software a plus.
  • Have SAP experience preferred.

Pay

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $17 - $23 USD.
