About the Role

The Logistics Technician supports our operation by managing physical inventory and hardware. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and interested in IT. In addition to managing inventory, this role includes shipping, organizing, and managing the deployment center.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage hardware
• Work with manufacturers to schedule any remote or onsite repairs
• Organize the physical storage and digital inventory catalogue
• Manage shipping logistics to pack and ship hardware to client sites and receive returns
• Stage equipment in lab for remote engineers to configure
• Create and update process documentation

Requirements

• A degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ticketing systems like ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.
• Exemplary analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

Pay

The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $40,000 annually. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors, including relevant work experience, skills, location, and certifications.
