About the role
The Data Center Operations Team at Fluidstack operates at the scale of a nation, aiming to reach 100 GW of compute capacity by the end of the decade. This role involves executing day-to-day receiving and shipping operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting logistics activities.
Responsibilities
- Verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real time.
- Tag, label, and log assets accurately into asset management systems upon arrival.
- Pull and stage parts for technicians and engineers quickly, ensuring no delays.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99%+ accuracy, flagging shortages proactively.
- Aid in RMA processing, warranty claims, and vendor returns under the guidance of the Logistics Lead.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a warehouse, data center, or high-volume hardware environment.
- Strong inventory accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fast-paced, organized, and reliable performance.
- Ability to follow established processes and flag issues early.
- Bonus: Experience with asset management systems, barcode/RFID tracking, and data center hardware.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
