Logistics Technician

About the Role

Keep the warehouse moving – be the backbone of operations. In this fast‑paced, hands‑on Logistics Technician position you will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and support daily warehouse activities that keep production and shipping on track.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
• Move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Pull and stage orders for sales and production teams.
• Prepare, package, and label shipments according to company and customer requirements.
• Coordinate shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, SAIA, hot‑shot couriers).
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and maintaining accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support shipping documentation, RMAs, and overall warehouse organization.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of shipping & receiving experience.
• Forklift certified.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Ability to learn or experience with MRP systems (Glovia is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be 21 +).
• Team player with solid communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lb.
• Frequent standing, bending, and movement.
• Work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse.
• Comfortable using scanners, printers, and warehouse equipment.

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
