About the role
As a Logistics Support team member, you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and play a key role in representing the Wyld brand. This front-facing role provides direct support to Wyld’s clients and customers, ensuring strong ties through timely product delivery, excellent customer service, relationship maintenance, and clear communication of account-related items to the sales team. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on company background and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Product Delivery and Payment Collection
- Comply with traffic legislation and demonstrate safe driving habits.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections before loading product.
- Ensure safety and security during loading and unloading.
- Deliver orders following detailed route instructions in assigned state territory.
- Unload goods and review deliveries with clients to confirm products meet their needs.
- Accurately manage monetary transactions and transport orders compliantly.
- Brand Ambassador
- Merchandise products and build relationships while at accounts.
- Attend events, partnerships, and promotional opportunities to represent and promote Wyld.
- Educate customers, consumers, and budtenders about the brand and products.
- Lead budtender education sessions at dispensaries.
- Maintain deep knowledge of all Wyld products, pricing, and nuances.
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Complete daily reporting into CRM, mileage, and expense reporting submitted weekly.
- Maintain internal logs for vehicle, SWAG checkout, and other tasks.
- Assist Sales Account Managers by providing marketplace feedback, assessing industry trends, and communicating client needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Logistics Managers and log all feedback and tasks into the company CRM.
- Understand state-level regulations and internal policies to ensure proper field execution.
- Support fulfillment and inventory activities such as picking, packing, labeling, and staging outgoing orders.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned based on business needs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Active state-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle for marketing events (mileage reimbursement provided at the federal rate).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
- Must obtain state-required cannabis permits, licenses, and/or certifications.
- ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
- Willingness to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, as required by state regulations.
- Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Willingness to drive in-state territory using a company or personal vehicle, including overnight stays for longer routes (lodging and meals covered by the company).
