About the role
As Logistics Support, you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and play a key role in representing the Wyld brand. This front-facing role provides direct support to Wyld’s clients and customers, ensuring strong ties through timely deliveries, excellent customer service, relationship-building, and clear communication of account-related items to the sales team. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on company background and provide training on product knowledge. This role requires a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Product Delivery and Payment Collection
- Comply with traffic legislation and demonstrate safe driving habits
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections before loading product
- Ensure safety and security during loading and unloading
- Deliver orders following detailed route instructions in assigned state territory
- Unload goods and review deliveries with clients to confirm accuracy and satisfaction
- Accurately manage monetary transactions
- Brand Ambassador
- Build relationships and execute merchandising at accounts
- Represent and promote Wyld at events, partnerships, and promotional opportunities
- Educate customers, consumers, and budtenders about the brand and products
- Lead budtender training at dispensaries
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Wyld products, pricing, and nuances
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Complete daily reporting in CRM, including mileage, expenses, and vehicle logs
- Provide marketplace feedback, assess industry trends, and communicate client needs to sales teams
- Maintain ongoing communication with Logistics Managers and log all feedback and tasks in CRM
- Understand and comply with state-level regulations and internal policies
- Support fulfillment and inventory activities such as picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders
- Perform additional tasks as business needs evolve
Requirements
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Active state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for marketing events (mileage reimbursed at federal rate)
- Effective verbal and written communication in English; bilingual proficiency preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
- Must obtain state-required cannabis permits, licenses, and/or certifications
- ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred
- Willingness to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report
- Must be 21 years of age or older (state regulation)
- Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Willingness to drive in-state territory using company or personal vehicle as needed
- Availability for overnight stays to support longer routes (lodging and meals covered by company)
