Logistics/Supply Chain Intern Summer/Fall 2026

About the role

The Supply Chain intern will be responsible for assisting the procurement/supply chain team in meeting both departmental and corporate objectives. This individual will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily supply chain activities, including reporting, analytics, and purchase order maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with storeroom organization
• Support inventory accuracy
• Maintain inventory data
• Log daily receiving and logging information

Requirements

• Must be a student in good standing with the University, currently enrolled majoring in Business, Procurement or equivalent program
• A minimum grade point average of 3.0 is required
• You must pass a drug screen
• You must be eligible to work in the US full-time

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
• Multi-task and build sound relationships with both internal and external customers
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Capable of independently making sound decisions through creative problem-solving, ambiguity, and change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously

Pay

• Starting salary range: $25 - 30 per hour
