Logistics (Supply Chain) Internship - Summer 2027

About the role

TJX Companies offers summer internships to students currently in their junior year or graduating in December 2027 or May 2028, who are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. The internship provides opportunities to contribute to various teams and projects within the TJX Supply Chain & Logistics organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to specific supply chain initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to manage and execute projects and deliverables.
• Assist with daily activities within supply chain functions.
• Focus on areas such as Business Enablement, Strategy & Analytics, Inbound Operations, Outbound Operations, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Current juniors or recent graduates (December 2027 or May 2028).
• Highly motivated self-starters with the ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills through analytical and creative thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Leadership abilities, relationship building, and excellent work ethic.
• Flexible and adaptable to handle change.
