About the role

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee all direct-to-consumer delivery operations in the specified location and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will lead a team of logistics coordinators, dispatchers, associates, and delivery drivers, ensuring customers receive their orders efficiently and accurately. You will be the final touchpoint between our team and the customer, making your leadership crucial to delivering a seamless experience. In this role, you will collaborate with managers to oversee daily logistics functions, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate operational data to drive team success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to oversee team scheduling, time tracking, and ensure spreadsheets are kept up to date with accurate information.
• Monitor delivery driver performance and attendance, conduct evaluations, and identify training opportunities to improve productivity, KPIs, and attendance.
• Maintain and implement SOPs and policies across teams, ensuring they are followed diligently.
• Ensure all routes are dispatched on time, communicate when routes are out or delayed, and promptly report delays to the customer service team.
• Proactively identify and address equipment or team needs, collaborating with management to implement rapid solutions.
• Maintain and monitor accurate data across departmental databases, including Google Suite and fleet tracking software.
• Process and track driver hours, drops, reimbursements, and report cards to ensure efficiency.
• Attend regular safety meetings, stay updated with policy changes, and ensure OSHA compliance is adhered to by your staff at all times.
