Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Team Supervisor oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project management, the project team, and line management.

Responsibilities

• Review status of projects and budgets
• Manage schedules and prepare status reports
• Absess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished
• Develop budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program
• Participate in and establish and define program plan requirements
• Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and six (6) years or more of related experience
• Acceptable experience in lieu of a degree
• Logistics experience
• Defense Lifecycle management experience
• Procurement experience
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Qualifications

• CMPro experience preferred
