Logistics Supervisor

About the role

As a Logistic Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods and materials. You will lead a team responsible for managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities to meet customer and business requirements. You will report directly to our Logistics Manager, and you’ll work out of our location on an On-site work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution.
• Lead, train, and develop logistics team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Cook up with other departments such as procurement, production, and customer service to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics supervision or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills specific to logistics operations.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in logistics.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
