Logistics Specialist **Sign-on Bonus** - Material Handler/Delivery Driver - Twinsburg, OH

About the role

As a Logistics Specialist (LS) at TireHub, you will load and unload tires for warehouse storage and timely customer delivery, including unloading and staging products at customer locations. You will represent TireHub professionally in all customer interactions, maintain safe driving practices, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks, box trucks, delivery vans).
• Follow TireHub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders using the bin locator system.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures.
• Collect payments from customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition; conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
• Ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training (in-class, in-person, or computer-based).
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or leadership.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history (does not include driver’s permit).
• Must be 19 years or older.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs) with or without mechanical assistance.
• Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work up to 35 feet above ground-level and operate a forklift for up to 8 hours per day.
• Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems.
• Must maintain forklift certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height due to equipment safety restraints.

Working Conditions

• Physical demands include lifting, pulling, pushing tires (up to 50 lbs or greater with or without mechanical assistance).
• Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance.
• May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment (gloves, eyewear, etc.).
• Works in non-climate-controlled warehouses and customer locations.
• Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required with little to no advanced notice.
• Driving during the night or in inclement weather may be required.

Pay

Starting wage of $20.00 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over your first year of employment. Includes a sign-on bonus, contingent upon continuous active employment through the payment date (expected on or about January 20, 2027).

Schedule

Paid weekly on Fridays. Monday through Saturday, with extended day, evening, and weekend work as job duties demand.
