Logistics Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams via email and phone to support daily logistics operations.
• Handle inbound orders and shipments from customers and agents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Utilize in-house freight forwarding systems to process, track, and manage shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements are met by maintaining high service quality and operational accuracy.
• Review freight charges and support financial processes, including AR/AP and freight payment reporting.
• Organize and manage billing data, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on shipment performance, billing, and operational metrics.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during live shipments and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean is required.

Preferred Education and Experience

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates from all experience levels are welcome, including those new to the field.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $55,000/Year, depending on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
