Logistics Specialist, ATL Logistics

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels to support build and repair activities
• Receive, maintain, and check-out parts as needed to Data center Technicians and Engineers
• Load and unload shipments and transport parts between different locations
• Ensure all billing associated with the Inventory supply chain is accurate, validated, and ready for processing
• Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations
• Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company
• Understand all aspects of production, adhere to strict safety standards, maintain very high quality, and be willing and able to work on powered equipment (i.e. forklift or cherry picker)

Requirements

• 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles
• High School diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+)
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment

Pay

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

Schedule

This position involves frequent lifting of materials and products. Logistics Specialists will be required to work weekend shift work.
