About the Role
Lead a program of projects and optimization efforts to drive process and cost efficiency in Offshore Logistics Operations within the client’s Gulf of America (GOA) asset.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, testing practical solutions, and refining processes based on lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
- Translate benchmarking data into actionable improvements.
- Manage KPI development, reporting, and data-driven opportunity identification.
- Serve as GOA Product Owner for Kabal, collaborating with the Logistics Center of Excellence (COE) to define product vision and value proposition, review and prioritize the product backlog, and engage stakeholders as the voice of the customer for GOA.
- Identify and collaborate with SCM Digital Platform and Data & Insights Delivery Teams to develop digital tools supporting optimization.
- Work with Logistics COE to ensure alignment and highlight scalable efforts.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and business stakeholders to develop and maintain efficient, transparent, and compliant cost allocation methodologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
Skills
- Strong ability to identify, source, and analyze data to drive data-driven process improvements.
- Verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI, preferably including PowerBI dashboard development.
- Understanding of costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
