Logistics Specialist

Inbound Flow Coordination

• Monitor and log daily shipment invoices from internal/external suppliers.
• Monitor arrival dates vs plan and maintain MRP accordingly.
• Share and agree containers drop-off schedule with 3PL.

Daily Support

• Support Customer Service, Sales, and logistics providers for issues.
• Support Customer Service and Logistics for issues pertaining to 3PL Service Claims.

Stock Maintenance for 3PL

• Maintain stock locations aligned to physical inventory.
• Exception management.
• Supervise periodic system-to-system alignment with 3PL.

Logistics Performance Reporting

• Picking Accuracy.
• Stock Management Accuracy.
• Inbound Lead Time.

Replenishment and Reporting

• Review and ensure replenishment of other internal US warehouses.
• Maintain SKU Masterfile.
• Logistics and planning reports related to stock orderbook.

Cost Control and Reporting

• Cost control and regular reporting over the logistics business.
• Transportation Lead Time.

Claims and Exceptions Management

• Daily support to claims and exceptions management.

Lean Transformation Culture

• To be part of the company lean transformation culture, adopting and helping to implement the principles of the continuous improvement (5S).

Health and Safety Environment

• Collaborate to achieve and maintain high standards of health and safety environment.

Skills and Attitude

• Aptitude for managing mass data and their analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Office software (mainly Excel and Access).
• Basic understanding of an ERP structure.
• Independent, proactive, service-oriented.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player working within a small team but also able to work alone when required.
• Flexible and willing to learn.
• Available to work by objectives.

Education and Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• BSc/BA in Logistics (preferred) or business administration, supply chain management or relevant field a plus.
• Previous experience in similar positions will be appreciated.
