Logistics Specialist

General Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Prioritize daily workload to minimize impact of external constraints like carrier pick-up times
• Work directly with the sales team to maintain the accuracy of field inventory records

Specific Responsibilities and Skills

• Have the authority to hold any product or Quality documentation from shipment or further processing if there is potential non-compliance with applicable standards or regulations
• Report any instances of non-compliance to Quality and/or Regulatory and the respective management team

Knowledge, Education and Experience

• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP preferably QAD
• High School Diploma
• ERP experience desired
• Knowledge and familiarity of applicable regulations/standards (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971) as required to perform the job function
• Experience in a customer service/order processing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent personnel management and time management, as well as the ability to perform duties with minimal staff and administrative support
• Take initiative, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
• Handle a multi-task job and appropriately prioritize
• Interpret and apply policies and procedures appropriately
• The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of transactional accounting flows in an ERP environment including receipts, inventory, adjustments, revenue, COGS
• Medical device industry experience is strongly preferred

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
