Responsibilities
- Generate and process pick tickets in SAP.
- Track available company inventories to maintain proper distribution.
- Ensure proper flow of product, equipment, and supplies between branches.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain an organized filing system for various documents.
- Absorb and communicate with Warehouse Operators as needed.
- Accurately fill out all assigned paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with customers and branches.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge with SAP system.
- The ability to focus and make quick sound decisions.
- The ability to work independently and/or in a group environment.
- Strong adaptability and accountability skills.
- Strong organizational skills, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Multi-tasking ability.
