Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve potential customer and vendor issues related to freight, packaging, and delivery.
- Communicate internally and externally regarding transportation requirements.
- Process customer requests for industry compliance.
- Work with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure necessary documents are received and customer requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
- Warehouse operations, inventory control, asset management.
- Pull, stage, and quality-assure orders for delivery.
- Receive and store all deliveries.
- Goods receiving in SAP.
- Manage material trackers, including reporting.
- Resolve Accounts Payable (AP) issues.
- Track all deliveries.
- Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP system) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across various projects.
- Effective reporting skills using Excel.
- Excellent time management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- No supervisory responsibility required.
