Non-exempt position; overtime paid at 1.5× base rate for hours over 40 per week or as required by state/local law.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key operational and financial indexes on a regular basis.
- Identify root causes for discrepancies between actual performance and forecast.
- Analyze issues and prepare reports or recommendations as requested by team leader or head of department.
Requirements
- Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related accounting software.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skills
- MS Office (strong Excel)
- Problem solving
- Communication (written, verbal)
- General knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain (preferred)
- Experience with SAP, WMS, or ERP (preferred)
Pay
Base pay: $35.71/hr. Final offer may vary based on relevant skills, education, and experience.
