Logistics Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Lead global logistics and supply chain operations to support service delivery teams in providing efficient hardware and software distribution across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics for CPE and UCPE distribution worldwide.
• Develop vendor performance metrics and maintain supplier relationships.
• Create and track Purchase Orders using Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and mitigate supply risks.
• Drive cost efficiency through vendor optimization and strategic sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regional regulations.
• Provide reporting on demand planning, sourcing, and vendor performance.
• Support client-facing teams with timely updates and delivery data.

Requirements

• Knowledge of telecoms, managed services, UCPE, CPE, and licensing.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within multi-country environments.
• Proven vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze demand and supply data for planning.
• Understanding of procurement processes and supplier governance.
• Experience in telecommunications and B2B services preferred.
