Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of clients requiring assistance from our exemplary freight brokerage services
• Develop and support customers with freight solutions tailored to their needs
• Expand client base through sales practices including phone calls, emails, etc.
• Focus on selling with an emphasis on growing your sales skills daily
• Develop ongoing relationships with customers/carriers via telephone and email
• Build and utilize logistics operations skills

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Positive, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal communication skills and an intense desire to learn and excel
• Bring a great attitude and high work ethic each day
• Multi-tasking ability
• Great attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Confident decision-making skills
• Microsoft Office skills preferred

Qualifications

We evaluate each individual and value team members from all backgrounds.

Pay

$40,000 Annually + Monthly Commissions. Annual Salary + Commission, most team members are making $65,000+ by the end of their first year and $100,000+ by the end of their second year.
