What You'll Do

  • Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Verify labeling, quantities, and shipping documentation
  • Identify and report damages, shortages, and discrepancies
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Document and report non-compliant shipments
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support inventory and shipping documentation processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • No experience required; warehouse, printing, or office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word, MIS systems)
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
