Logistics Project Manager

What You'll Do

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations by identifying opportunities, managing projects, and delivering measurable operational results.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop action plans, track KPIs through dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.

Facilitate Lean continuous improvement activities, including 5S, Kanban, and other process improvement tools, while driving change management and ensuring project success.

Coach and develop logistics leaders on continuous improvement best practices, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and promote a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience leading complex continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and change management principles; Lean certification is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, build relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Pay

Pay range: $91,000 to $98,000
