Logistics Project Manager

About the role

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that's transforming how medicines are made. We're supporting a major new-build facility in Richmond, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We're looking for a Logistics Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

Responsibilities

• Take direct ownership of the logistics facility scope and drive day-to-day progress across all related workstreams.
• Coordinate with all disciplines attached to the building to ensure alignment, accountability, and forward momentum.
• Drive project progression by ensuring teams are working effectively toward project scope, milestones, and delivery objectives.
• Lead delivery of the overall logistics project scope in partnership with Project Technical Leads, DVLs, Area Leads, and Subject Matter Experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP preferred.
• Direct experience managing logistics facilities or logistics-heavy scopes on large CAPEX projects.
• Proven experience delivering large capital projects, ideally within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, including technical leads, SMEs, vendors, integrators, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
