Logistics Program Manager, Device Global Logistics (DGL)
About the role
As a Logistics Program Manager you will be an integral part of the Global Logistics Operations team responsible for ensuring delivery of a world class end to end customer experience. Amazon seeks a passionate, results-oriented, data and analytic person to join our Global Logistics Operations team. You will be responsible to optimize our complex network within North America, fluent Spanish critical.
The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, consistently meet deadlines, be a creative problem solver, critical thinker, and display flexibility with the ability to succeed within a team environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Optimize inbound and outbound inventory management across North America, including factory logistic coordination, logistic solutions and placement strategies.
- Manage logistics service providers operationally to ensure best in class service
- Lead complex analysis to drive key strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to deliver step-changes in supply chain operations.
- Liaise daily with cross functional teams to effectively manage key team objectives
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
Pay
Base salary range: $82,700.00 - $128,300.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
