Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
- Assisting with the shipment of finished products to customers according to customer order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery.
- Assisting with receiving all raw materials and supplies into the warehouse, check condition of materials and accuracy of paperwork, and provide sample to Quality Control.
- Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning and Carriers on a daily basis or as needed.
- Maintain inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience preferred.
- Flavor and fragrance industry is also a plus but not required
- Forklift and Dangerous Goods (hazmat) experience preferred. (Training will be provided)

Pay
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations.
