Logistics Operations - Global Supply Chain

12-month contract positions with a leading global organization in Santa Ana, CA. Hourly pay rate: $29.00 - $31.00.

About the roles

• Logistics Coordinator - Air & Ocean Operations
  • Manage international air and ocean freight shipments
  • Track containers, air cargo, and over-the-road movement
  • Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams
  • Handle shipment exceptions, delays, and documentation
  • Support compliance, reporting, and KPI monitoring

  Target experience: Air/ocean freight, import/export, freight forwarding, global logistics

• Logistics Coordinator - Operations Support (Air & Ocean)
  • Maintain daily shipment tracking and reporting
  • Support air export and ocean import activities
  • Monitor cargo movement and delivery milestones
  • Assist with documentation and customs coordination
  • Communicate shipment status with stakeholders

  Target experience: Logistics coordination, transportation, shipping operations, warehouse coordination

• Drayage Logistics Domestic Operator
  • Coordinate container movement between ports, terminals, and warehouses
  • Dispatch and schedule truckload (TL) outbound shipments
  • Monitor domestic freight and intermodal operations
  • Work with carriers and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Resolve operational issues and maintain shipment visibility

  Target experience: Drayage, trucking coordination, dispatch, domestic logistics

Requirements

• Relevant experience in logistics coordination, transportation, shipping operations, or related fields
• Experience with air/ocean freight, import/export, freight forwarding, drayage, or domestic logistics as applicable to the role

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $29.00 - $31.00
