About the role

The Logistics & Operations Associate II plays a critical role in ensuring efficient supply chain management and operational processes, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensure legal compliance, and interact with internal/external customers.
  • Manage daily account workflow related to returns, including placing sales orders and communicating with customers via calls and written formats.
  • Process product returns and information while supporting warehouse staff and other departments in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Input accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties.
  • Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers.
  • Process defective and non-conforming product.
  • Follow up with vendor returns group to expedite returned product with suppliers.
  • Independently identify root causes and resolve issues pertaining to financial impact on Logistics and Value-Add facilities.
  • Provide direction and solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.
  • Create written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements.
  • Act as a consultant to project leaders to implement new procedures and programs for new or existing customers.
  • Monitor repair parts pool for customer engagements and customer contact for Post-Production Services’ warranty programs.
  • Arrange billings and provide reports to assigned customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management systems, and transportation logistics.
  • Proficiency in logistics and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Pay

Hourly rate: $28.00 USD. Overtime includes regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Fully office-based role.
