Responsibilities
- Must collect all incoming delivery slips from any incoming delivery and logged into Procore (Construction management software).
- Will be required to provide delivery slips to accounts payable for monthly invoice approvals.
- Must manage and ensure the accuracy of material storage within the warehouse.
- Must facilitate the establishment of onsite material requests from onsite management.
- Must establish and manage incoming shipments of ordered materials.
- To include notifying project superintendents of daily deliveries.
- Must manage site material check sheets with in KOJO (an all-in-one software that gives us more visibility of purchasing process form request to deliver).
- Must collaborate with different divisions within Marathon to enhance logistics.
- Must establish how the flow of materials will be distributed throughout the project.
- Must coordinate with the fabrication shop schedules, and shipments of fabricated products for proper storage.
- Must establish a good line of communication with onsite project management of low material storage quantities.
- To include notifying project management and material purchaser of material backorders.
