Logistics Manager

About the role

End-to-end logistics management for hardware inventory, including tracking, storage, shipping, and customer communication within defined SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware inventory in storage locations
• Track upcoming hardware information received from customers and monitor hardware status
• Communicate hardware receipt and status updates to customers within defined SLAs
• Escalate and communicate any variances or issues within defined SLAs
• Coordinate movement of hardware from the loading dock to lab locations
• Unpack hardware, track inventory, and place items in designated storage or lab areas
• Pack hardware and generate shipping labels for domestic and international outbound shipments
• Coordinate movement of outbound shipments to carrier facilities for delivery to designated locations
• Maintain shipping records and provide updates on received and shipped hardware
• Create shipping documentation, obtain required approvals, notify stakeholders, and track deliveries to the final destination
• Follow ESD guidelines while handling hardware, servers, components, and packing materials for shipments

Requirements

• Strong experience in Inventory Management
• Hands-on experience with equipment check-in and check-out processes

Pay

The salary range for this position across all US locations is between the minimum and maximum displayed on the job posting. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include annual performance-based bonuses, sales incentive pay, or other forms of variable compensation.
