Logistics Manager

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for controlling inbound and outbound docks ensuring items are properly scanned and accounted for in an organized safe manner; overseeing and participating in loading/unloading trucks; ensuring all drivers have the training and licenses required to operate their specific vehicles; ensuring all DOT regulations are being adhered to; and interacting with all customers in a professional and friendly manner.

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience managing drivers and scheduling truck pick-ups and drop-offs
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to direct, coach, mentor, and support team members
• Ability to give directions and multi-task without supervision in a fast-paced environment
